In the beginning, Linda was for me an extremely joyful voice on the phone. A voice that you could not mix up with anybody else's. Then she soon became a fun but highly professional person to work with: taking reasonable and pragmatic decisions, while not fearing to use her own judgment and questionning first. Even when seeking assistance, she would have done her homework first and would already have an idea of potential solutions. She would also stand behind her decisions, even difficult ones that may not please those who sought her assistance in the first place. And when finally meeting her in person, I became totally fond of her wonderful and joyful personality. I loved her joy, honesty, uprightness and straighforwardness.
